Windows 10 January VPN Issues

With the issue being Windows updates not VPN Server related go ahead and have the users try the following steps and if it does not work have them email us. 

Press the windows start key
Search for "view your update history"
Click on the link at the top of the list
Click on the link to uninstall updates

Select the newest Update listed under Microsoft Updates (The date installed will be listed in the column "Installed On")
You will have to restart your pc to complete the uninstall 
Repeat this for all updates that have installed since the VPN stopped working.

Once all of the updates in question have been uninstalled remove and readd the VPN

Press the windows start key
Search for "VPN Settings"
Click on the link at the top of the list
Click on the drop down arrow to the right.
Click on remove

Click on "Add VPN"
Follow instructions for re-adding your VPN.
